SCHEDULE OF FEES
No accreditations will be issued without on-site institutional examination and assessment (see also page REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION).
All requests for information related to the accreditations process must be sent from the official electronic mail server that belongs to the educational institution that is seeking accreditation or any form of other services.
Any accreditation, association and recognition requests must be sent from the official electronic mail server that belongs to the educational institution that is seeking accreditation or any form of other services.
Any request for accreditation, association and/or recognition must originate from the official representative of the educational institution that is seeking accreditation or any form of other services and such request must be sent from the official electronic mail server that belongs to the educational institution that is seeking services.
MEMBERSHIPS BY ACCREDITATIONS
ACESSU RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT REQUEST FOR ACCREDITATION FROM ANY INSTITUTION AND FOR ANY REASON.
Request for Accreditation Fee (non-refundable/request only/this is not an accreditation):
$300 USD (non-refundable).
Each educational institution desiring to receive an accreditation from ACESSU must pay a $300 USD fee (non-refundable, accepted or not) for the initial evaluation of the eligibility for accreditation.
Initial Accreditation Application Fee:
$600 USD (non-refundable).
This fee must be paid at the time when your institution received an approval for the submission of an Accreditation Application.
Processing of Documents and Initial Evaluation Visit Fee for educational institutions located on the continental part of the United States (as a part of accreditation procedure):

Initial evaluation Fee for each Educational Program submitted for accreditation (paid in addition to the institution evaluation fees):

AS A PART OF THE ACCREDITATION PROCESS, EACH ACCREDITED INSTITUTION PAYS YEARLY MAINTENANCE FEES AS FOLLOWING (first year of accreditation has no maintenance fees and is covered by the initial evaluation fee):
Annual Maintenance Fee for accredited educational institution (General Fee):
$1,500 USD (institutional accreditation or programmatic).
Annual Maintenance Fee for each accredited educational program (that is accredited by ACESSU) of the educational institution (paid in addition to the General Fee):
$300 USD
Accreditation period is five years with an option to renew accreditation for the additional accreditation period.
Fees are the same for each accredited institution for the duration of each accreditation period.

Renewal Application Fee (upon expiration of initial accreditation period):
$600 USD
Annual Maintenance Fee for accredited educational institution (General Fee):
$1,500 USD (institutional accreditation or programmatic).
Annual Maintenance Fee for each accredited educational program (that is accredited by ACESSU) of the educational institution (paid in addition to the General Fee):
$300 USD.
AAccreditation period for renewals is five years with an option to renew accreditation for the additional accreditation period.
Fees are the same for each accredited institution for the duration of each accreditation period.
GENERALLY, IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO INITIATE EVALUATION VISIT FOR ALREADY ACCREDITED BY US EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION THAT IS PLANNING TO RENEW ACCREDITATION FOR THE ADDITIONAL ACCREDITATION PERIOD. HOWEVER, IT IS UP TO THE DISCRETION OF ACESSU TO MAKE THIS DECISION. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS THAT HAVE NO COMPLAINTS FROM STUDENTS USUALLY ARE NOT SUBJECTED TO THE ADDITIONAL EVALUATION VISIT DURING ACCREDITATION RENEWAL PROCESS.
MEMBERSHIPS BY RECOGNITIONS
Recognitions are offered to educational institutions and educational programs as a form of additional assurance of the educational quality. Recognitions can be offered only to educational institutions that are already accredited by accreditation agencies that are considered to be acceptable by ACESSU.
Educational institutions that are accredited by ACESSU are automatically recognized (without additional fees).
Request for Recognition Fee (non-refundable):
$300 USD
Each educational institution desiring to receive recognition from the ACESSU must pay a $300 USD fee (non-refundable, accepted or not) for the initial evaluation of the eligibility.
Application Fee:
$600 USD
Membership Fee (paid on annual basis):
$1,500 USD
Eligibility evaluation must be performed every five years with recognition intervals of five years. Payments can be submitted on yearly basis or can be prepaid for five years. Any partial year (initial) will be prorated. Membership can continue upon payment of annual fee for each year of membership.
ACESSU has the right to revoke membership for reasons that are incompatible with ACESSU policies.
MEMBERSHIPS OUTSIDE OF ACCREDITATIONS OR RECOGNITIONS
These memberships are not based on accreditations or recognitions, it is a form of educational alliance for improvement of the quality of education in order to advance common goals and to secure common interests in the development of education. Any professional and/or business organizations are encouraged to apply (see page: REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIPS).
INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATIONAL ALLIANCE MEMBERSHIPS:
$1,000 USD per each year.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS
:$500 USD per calendar year.
Individual memberships are offered for any person interested in the advancement of educational quality. Employees of Universities, Colleges, Schools, Faculty Members, Teachers and other teaching and related professions.
CORPORATE AND BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS
:$3,000 (all collected are used for advancements of low-cost education).
Corporate memberships are offered for any corporation or business entities that are interested in the advancement and development of educational quality.

ISSUED TOGETHER WITH ACCREDITATION, RECOGNITION, OR MEMBERSHIP
Certificates are issued after all payments are received and processed. Certificates will reflect valid dates for accreditation, recognition, or membership.

electronic Certificate is requested (mailed by electronic mail in
PDF format);
$25 USD for the printed Certificate, plus actual cost of shipping/mailing to your location.
