Any request for accreditation, association and/or recognition must be originated from the official representative of the educational institution.
Any accreditation, association and recognition requests must be sent from the official electronic email account of the educational institution.
Request to use of an official email account of educational institution is not
applicable for individuals that are wishing to join us as
non-institutional members (such as students, scientists and
professionals desiring to establish Association
Membership in our institution. All these individuals may use any email accounts.
We are performing institutional on-site evaluations. No accreditations will be issued without on-site institutional examination and assessment.
Contacts
All accreditations must be verified by using direct links posted on the website of each educational institution accredited by ACESSU. All verifications must be performed personally by interested person. Accreditation links posted (in the form of picture or text) on the website of accredited educational institution must forward interested person to our website's accreditation verification pages created for each educational institution that holds accreditation from ACESSU and displays our forwarding links (this form of verification is free).
Each institution holding valid accreditation, recognition, or membership must place and maintain on institutional website at least one verification link (with or without electronic badge) leading to our website verification page ("Credentialing Page").
Accredited institution's "Credentialing Page" exists on ACESSU website as long as accreditation, recognition, or membership is valid. After expiration of accreditation, recognition, or membership, "Credentialing Page" will be deleted and a person looking for verification will not be able to view “Credentialing Page” (accreditation) page.
If you are unable to locate “Credentialing Page” for the accredited institution, please contact educational institution directly (due to privacy matters, we do not answer any inquiries made by third parties). If institution is accredited, but link is not working, institutional representatives are obligated to contact us directly with the request for correction of any technical errors. Any accredited educational institution is able to restore the link within a few days.
Any interested person may request written educational institution verification by addressing request directly to ACESSU. Please be aware that request for educational institution verification addressed directly to ACESSU has applicable fees as following: Database search $25 USD; plus, record retrieval and report creation $40 USD (see above - how to perform free verification).
Requests for Accreditations:
All unsolicited offers for commercial services will be immediately discarded.
Postal Mail delivery:
For delivery of large educational files, physical address will be provided upon request from the officials representing bona fide educational institutions (requests must be sent from the official electronic email account of the educational institution).
All meetings are arranged by appointment and only with bona fide official
representatives of the educational institution.
